Our Story
Founded in 2018, eLearning23 began with a mission to solve one of online
education’s biggest challenges: ensuring academic integrity in remote assessments.
From Challenge to Solution
When institutions worldwide shifted to online learning, our founders identified a critical need: reliable, non-invasive proctoring solutions for Moodle. Our flagship Proctoring Pro plugin was developed in response, combining effective monitoring with respect for student privacy.
Growing to Meet Needs
As our client base expanded, so did our offerings. We’ve built a comprehensive suite of products and services to support educational institutions in creating secure, effective online learning environments that engage students and empower educators.
