4 Payment Terms
Payment for our services is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by eLearning23 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6 Use of Client Branding
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, eLearning23 reserves the right to use the client’s name and logo for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to our website, presentations, and marketing materials.
7 Limitation of Liability
eLearning23 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
8 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
